How long will it take for my Zleeps vacuum packed Memory Foam Mattress to recover to its full height once unpacked?

Zleeps do recommend you leave your memory foam mattress unwrapped for approximately 6-8 hours at room temperature before sleeping on it.

Do I have to turn a Zleeps Memory Foam mattress?

Unlike your old spring mattress a Zleeps memory foam mattress does not require turning.

What if my product is damaged?
