Ordering Online - the fastest way to get a comfortable night's sleep!
We have made buying a memory foam mattress online quick and easy if you are used to buying things online. But in case this is your first time take a look at the simple steps set out below.
- Choose your product from the top left hand product box
- Then choose your range within this. Our ranges include Value, Deluxe and Supreme.
- When you are through to the product of your choice simply choose the size, firmness and quantity.
- If you are happy with this click the buy now button.
- You will be taken to your basket where you can review your order, add extras or continue shopping. You will need to select a delivery option on this page. You can also add a promotional code if you have one.
- If you are happy with your order and any added extras then click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
- If you already have an account with us then please log in. If you do not have an account then you will need to create one by filling in the usual details.
- Once you have logged into your account you will have one final chance to review your order before paying with either a credit or debit card or by Paypal. Whichever is easier for you.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after.

Our servers offer state of the art encryption and fraud security so you can order in confidence. All your order information is processed through a central, secure server and nowhere else so you can order with peace of mind.
We haven’t had any technical problems with this so far but if you do experience any trouble buying online don’t hesitate to call. If you want to pay by cheque or cash you will also need to phone our sales line as we can only process card details online.
Ordering by Phone- Quick and easy!
Ordering by phone is just as easy as buying online! Our sales line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 0845 833 6376.
Our Sales Team can take your order over the phone so when you are happy to place your order we will be more than happy to process it for you. As on our site we can take all major credit, debit and charge cards. We also accept cheque and cash payments over the phone. This will mean that your order will take longer to process and please remember to send any cash by special delivery.
If you want some advice on a memory foam product then please call our sales team between 9:30 and 4:30 and we can give you the advice you need. We often have calls asking whether a sprung memory foam mattress and or a full memory foam mattress is a the best option for a person or what shape pillow to get.
Our memory foam experts will ask you a few questions and get you the advice you need.
Ordering by Post - Using Snail Mail!
You can also order by post! If you are doing this you will need to send details of the product you would like to order and the delivery address, along with your name, address and cheque to cover payment. It will obviously take a longer period of time to process your order because of the nature of the cheque and postage system.
Getting your mattress
What happens now I have placed my order?
You will get an automatic e-confirmation of your Zleeps memory foam mattress order. In the e-confirmation you will see your billing address we are delivering to.
The delivery team will contact you to arrange delivery if you have ordered a bed, unless you are using the next day service.
