Mattress Delivery
Mattress delivery is FREE throughout the UK mainland. Orders placed BEFORE 2pm (on a working day) will be dispatched the same day.
As standard our couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm. As our items come compressed, rolled and boxed we suggest if possible you have items delivered to a work address if possible.
When your item ships we email you with a shipping confirmation that includes your delivery tracking details. Shipping and handling times may vary but are advised within the product description. Our next working day delivery is guaranteed and applies to UK mainland only. Should you not get delivery on the next working day then we will refund the extra amount that was paid for this service, without quibble.
Please note our couriers do not call in advance and cannot provide any estimates for delivery times.
We also offer Free Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Shetlands, Orkney and other UK islands on all purchases over £100. For orders under £100 there will be a £9.99 surcharge.
Please also note we can NOT arrange delivery to the Channel Islands, but do contact us, as we can advise on how and where you can book your own courier.
