So, what is memory foam and how can it help me get a better night’s sleep?

Memory foam is a fairly recent innovation originally created by NASA, it's a fantastic alternative to old fashioned sprung beds. Memory foam offers such an advantage over sprung beds. When you lie on a sprung bed your weight compresses the springs causes pressure pain and pressure build up.

Memory foam does away with these pressure points. It responds to the shape of your body and body heat, softening around the body. This means that memory foam offers both comfort and support; the best of both worlds.
