1. The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions
All orders made are subject to the acceptance of these Conditions, and deemed to be accepted by you when placing your order. These Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous editions.
Basis of Sale
1.1 To order Goods the Buyer must follow the procedures set out in these conditions.
1.2 Details of procedures, products, prices, payment and delivery are set out on this website. The Buyer will be given clear instructions as to how to navigate the online order process. The Buyer will be asked to provide accurate personal details.
1.3 These terms combined with the pricing policy, order form and payment method instructions form the total agreement between Seller and Buyer.
1.4 The Seller's employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the Goods unless confirmed by the Seller in Writing. In entering into the Contract the Buyer acknowledges that it does not rely on, and waives any claim for breach of, any such representations which are not so confirmed.
1.5 Any advice or recommendation given by the Seller or its employees or agents to the Buyer or its employees or agents as to the use of the Goods which is not confirmed in Writing by the Seller is followed or acted upon entirely at the Buyer's own risk and accordingly the Seller shall not be liable for any such advice or recommendation which is not so confirmed.
1.6 Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on this website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list are subject to confirmation' and acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller. All advertised sizes and measurements are an approximation only. The Seller will endeavour to make sure that sizes and measurements are as accurate as possible but no guarantees can be given. A standard tolerance of up to 2cm on memory foam items is acknowledged.
Payment of Goods
2. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Conditions. You are deemed to accept the Conditions when you place an order for goods with us. Our contract with you only begins when we confirm acceptance of your offer to purchase goods from us. An order will not take place (and we will not be deemed to have accepted your order) until we have validated and confirmed your payment and then dispatched the goods. Any communication, which you receive from us prior to validation, is not to be deemed as an acceptance of your order. In the event of any pricing error occurring within our website, within a written or verbal quotation, or contained within any fax or e-mail correspondence however received, all incomplete orders shall be deemed void.
2.1 Many of the goods we sell we endeavour to publish as much information as is practical about the goods, the descriptions of the goods are as set out on the website. All drawings, photographs, descriptive matter, colour, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the goods. They will not form part of the contract between us.
2.2 Your order for goods is subject to stock availability. If we do not supply goods to you for any reason we will inform you of the situation and will not charge you for those goods, and will refund any money already paid by you for these goods. We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, or similar gains you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order.
2.3 Payment for goods must be made in accordance with our purchase procedure as set out on our website. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch. We can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with that are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect or unsubstantiated details.
Returns & Cancellations
3. We offer all customers a grace period of 14 days from the date of delivery where we will allow you to cancel your purchase and return your unused items(s) for a refund of the full purchase price (including original shipping costs). Please email or write to us if you wish to cancel your purchase within the 14 day period.
3.1 You will also be reminded of your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations within your order confirmation email.
3.2 The buyer assumes all cost and responsibility for packaging and arranging the return of goods. Please consider the potential return cost before you open your item and allow it to expand. Once a mattress has expanded it cannot be repacked to original size and will be very expensive to return.

3.4 While the quality of our goods is assured, we cannot guarantee suitability for all individuals.
3.5 All memory foam products have an odour when new, which can vary in strength. This will dissipate with time & airing so it is not accepted as a valid reason for return.
